Two of Banksy’s Central Park Canvases Sell for $214,000

Back in October Banksy set up shop in Central Park as park of his New York Artist Residency, during which a New Zealand woman purchased two canvas's for a total price of $60. That New Zealand woman has now hit the jackpot, selling the two spray art canvas's for $214,000 at Bonhams. The two stencils were "Kids on Guns" and "Winne The Pooh" were two of many pieces sold that day and it will be interesting to see what may happen with the others sold in Central Park back in October.
