Instagram, rather Facebook, continues to step further into social photography, launching Bolt. Bolt is designed for fast video and photo sharing, similar to Snapchat (Although I imagine they would dislike that comparison). The app was mistakenly announced last week so it is now being slowly rolled out, Singapore, South Africa and New Zealand are the first to get access.
